RECORDS CHECK

Applicants must complete an LFUCG Background Authorization form to be considered for employment with all LFUCG jobs, either during the initial screening (for certain jobs), or prior to a final job offer. You will be notified to complete this form in one of the following ways:

  • Notification within the job posting that the background check form is required along with the application prior to the job closing date or
  • Notification from the Division of Human Resources during the final stages of the hiring process

Please read the job posting information carefully to determine if the form must be submitted by all applicants prior to the job closing date.
